We work closely with Local Authorities across the UK to understand what their requirements are from the outset. We carefully listen to what is required and make sure all of our properties exceed expectation every time. With every partnership we create, we aim for it to be long standing and sustainable with the tenants best interests in mind always. Registered Providers & Charities
We have a fantastic relationship with Register Providers & Charities. As all of our schemes are purpose built and best in class, most are keen to work us as inevitably they manage the building once we handover. We work closely with them to make sure the specification is correct and they have a building that works for the cohort with little maintenance as possible. Care Providers
We always welcome the opportunity to meet with new Care Providers who are looking to expand their portfolio’s across the UK.
